I bought this printer not expecting much- But I was blown away by it! Assembly was super easy. I did it with my 6 yr old daughter helping me, in about 20 mins, and most of that was reading the instructions. The leveling process was incredibly easy, thanks to the guided leveling that was built in to the printer. We had it level and printing within 5 minutes of being assembled. I printed two of the files off of the SD card, and they were both great. The first layer on the test print was pretty darn good- I'd have been happy with it on my Prusa! Check all the screws, there were a few loose ones, including the ones holding the 'X" axis on. Otherwise everything was great, and far better and higher quality than I expected. ***UPDATE*** I've spent more time with the printer, and done a lot more printing. I am very happy with it still, and continue to be surprised/impressed by it. I have posted some YouTube videos of it, and received a lot of questions, on of which was if it could print TPU and other flexible filaments... I honestly didn't know the answer, so I tried it- And it worked really well! The red octopus is TPU. I've also printed PETG with great success, too- The skull is PETG.

A 3D printer is one of those things that most people don't really need in their house but when you have one there you can find all sorts of uses for it. I have been using a pretty high quality 3D printer for the last couple months at work and found that I really enjoy printing my own stuff. I decided that would shop around and see if I could find a low cost option. I decided to settle with this one because it has some options like the heated bed (but buy a priece of glass to print on, thank me latter) that most other printers in this category does not include. The major flaw with this printer is that it is not the best setup manual. The instructions are a bad translation from another language and it skips a bunch of steps. This is not the end of the world if you are slightly handy but it definitely took longer to set up because of this. Along those same lines, you should be pretty confident in your G-Code skills because this does take some practice to get right. This thing prints with ok resolution since it has a singular vertical arm but for something that I just want to play around with at the house this is perfectly fine. If you are just new to 3D printing you may want to bring over someone who has done a set up before, it will help you out a lot. At the end of the day it prints, and it's cheap… both the things that I needed it to do.

Fist 3d printer. Great value and prints very well. Only issue I had was the SD card came corrupt from factory, had to reformat before printing my own projects. And the printed parts on the extruder weren't printed properly, the layers are seperating. Other than that GREAT little printer.

The bad: The printer didn't work when I put it together. The micro SD card was corrected. The awesome: The technical support... awesome!! They answered my emails fast. The printer was working few minutes later. Has 32 bits electronic, run-out filament sensor, magnetic build surface, touch screen, etc...and I Happy with!

I have limited space and this printers form factor is perfect for my needs, and has one of the larger print beds for similar class printers. I've been very happy with it. Very easy to setup and use. Assembly was all of attaching the two parts to each other with the included tools, connecting a cable, and plugging in the power supply. I wrote to support the first day I had the printer to ask for some additional software setup information and the reply was timely and provided exactly what I needed. If you don't need a huge print bed I would definitely recommend this one

I don't think this printer for the price can be beat. Touch screen, filament run out detection, magnetic build plate, very good build and print quality, and a good print size. Honestly, one of the best printers I've ever bought. I really like the easy level feature too. Having the printer move itself to the four corners and center makes it extremely easy and quick to level. The printer also heats up the bed and nozzle very fast, so I don't have to wait very long for a print to start. I was surprised to see blue PTFE tubing on the printer. Not sure if it's real capricorn tubing or just a blue colored standard tubing. This printer is almost completely perfect. There are a few downsides I have with this printer. The first one is pretty common, and that is the fans are extremely loud. It almost sounds like a vacuum cleaner. I'm going to be switching the fan for something much quieter. The good news is, that the fan is 40mm and not 30mm so there are plenty of options. The second problem is the lack of a proper separate layer cooling fan. The fan that cools the extruder heatsink is the same fan that blows out the layer cooling nozzles, which means cold air is always blowing on your parts at 100% power, even if you don't want it to be on at that time. So far I have had multiple prints on this machine and no failures. I would say at this price point is the single best option I have been able to find on the market.

The 3-D printer has been a terrific investment. My time printing with the machine has been limited so far, but what has been most impressive to me is the customer service. I had a minor conflict with the machine, that the Firmware was not functioning properly. I emailed the customer service representative, who responded the same day with files to re-install the Firmware, and I successfully printed a simple test print that evening. I was persuaded to purchase this particular machine because of the printing size, and the cost to purchase. I received everything I needed to assemble, and install the software so I can use it to the full capacity. Assembling and leveling the machine was straight forward, and rather simple. The extrude heats up in an exceptional time. The mechanics operate smoothly, and rather quiet. In the few days I have had the printer, I was able to get it mostly operating out of the box. Customer service responded promptly to resolve the minor conflict the following days, and that same evening it printed a test model in the estimated time frame. My review may be pre-mature with my limited experience, however I am confident the machine will move forward productivity now that the programming is operating. If anything may arise, customer service is willing, and very capable of helping.
