Well you managed to stay alive, to have the means to do so (directly or not, it doesn't matter), and that is quite an accomplishment itself considering the shitty world order we still have going on. However, if you find yourself lacking, this is a great time to create reminders for your future self so that you can stop procrastinating and get on to something this time. Start with small things, learn a skill using YouTube, there are tuts for almost anything, don't beat yourself up if you don't like your first choice, just try something else, ditch sucky habits one at a time (remember habits take 20 days to settle in or out), and get new habits that might help, still easy stuff, like thinking about something that brings you happiness for a min before you sleep, or waking up
