Chocolate là món ăn ngọt béo, đắn thơm được nhiều người ưa chuộng, đặc biệt được chế biến thành những hình thù dễ thương, thích hợp làm món quà ngọt ngào dành tặng các bé trong dịp Giáng Sinh.
Đun cách thủy cho chảy 100g chocolate trắng, 10g bơ nhạt rồi thêm 50g sữa bột Nestlé NESQUIK vào để tạo vị kẹo ngọt thanh, hương thơm nhẹ nhàng. Cho vào khuôn có lót sẵn chống dính, đặt vào tủ lạnh 4-5 tiếng.
Cho 50g bột Nestlé MILO, 10g bơ nhạt và 100g chocolate đen vào đun cách thủy cho chảy, đánh đều để có kẹo thêm đậm vị cacao thơm nồng. Cho vào khuôn có lót sẵn chống dính, đặt vào tủ lạnh 4-5 tiếng.
Để có những thanh kẹo thơm mát hương matcha, bạn hãy hòa tan 100g bột trà NESTEA Matcha vào 100g chocolate trắng và 50g bơ nhạt nhé. Cho vào khuôn có lót sẵn chống dính, đặt vào tủ lạnh 4-5 tiếng.
Sau khi chocolate đông cứng, đem tạo hình và trang trí cho thanh kẹo. Kẹo sẽ ngon hơn khi được phủ bên ngoại với 1 lớp bột Nestlé MILO hoặc NESTEA Matcha hay Nestlé NESQUIK đấy phù hợp với từng vị đấy.
