That’s not how it works. Viruses are more prominent in winter, because people tend to warm up their houses and not letting any fresh air in. Most viruses don’t survive in the cold nor in drafts. That combined with a weaker immune system due to switching from cold to warm environments and vice versa, makes one more prone to be infected by a virus.

nope, you get sick cause you are trapped inside buildings more with people, and the air of buildings is recirculated, and people carry diseases. If you work in an office, it's always like winter. Pest ridden humans.

Yes you need the virus to get sick, but cold situations can reduce your immune system and make you more susceptible
